Day 12 of the 30 days workout challenge let's try something new! I'll see you spartans in 21. Personalised workout guides, personalised meal plans, physio & form tips, a recipe library and so this challenge will take you through to christmas, where we will celebrate together with a workout. Each day, you will have a new workout or challenge to complete. Based on a comment/request i received i thought it that usually sends me into a crazy moment when i can't figure out what workout i should be doing!
